Good solid vehicle
My husband and I really like the solid build. When you drive this car, you can tell how well it's made. Closing the door gives a good, solid think. We bought the imitation leather upholstery because we are vegetarians and prefer not to buy leather. I was amazed at how well it has held up. (Usually, when you buy "pleather," you expect it to crack and peel after a few years, but we have had no problems!) It still looks great. It has even been easy to clean when our son had the inevitable spills in the back seat.

Pleased, but not surprised.
I like that my car is similar to my last one, a VW Passat. There was very little "getting used" to my new car, even though it is an SUV. I enjoy its ability to fit a variety of items in the back, a feature I've used many times. I was surprised that the gas mileage isn't terrible. I do mostly short trips around my town with longer 30+ minute drives once a month or so, and my average MPG is 26-28. I was really expecting it to be lower due to how I utilize my car. I feel like the materials used are of high quality. The leather seats are supple, but supportive. The body of the car has some heft to it, which makes me feel more secure. Additionally, I really enjoy the sound system. I ended up upgrading the stereo in my house to match the quality of my car! I did have an issue when my car's battery died, and I needed to get into the car to be sure. The insertion point for the key near the handle has a cover that blends with the body of the car. I had to use the internet to figure out how to get inside the car! Also, due to a few seasons of Texas summer sun, the adhesive on the sunroof auto-shade disintegrated and the shade came loose from the tracking. This is fixable but will require either $1,200+ in labor and parts at an auto shop or a lot of time and tinkering on my part at home.
