2006 Ford Escape - An Excellent Vehicle
I think the size of the vehicle is perfect for a family. It is not too big and not too small. It is an SUV so I can load it up if I need to but it is small enough that I feel comfortable driving it on narrower roads. I have had only one issue with the car's heating and cooling system. The air doesn't blow out of the defroster units. They only blow out of the front facing vents. It has never broken down and it has never needed any mechanical work done to it other than routine things like oil changes, etc.
Story
We have great road trips in the car. It is very reliable.
Pros
This vehicle is really appealing to the eyes. It is the perfect size. I can fit it into my small garage but when the weather is inclement, I feel safe driving because it is high enough off of the road. It is also great on gas.
Cons
The only thing I have a problem with is that the air doesn't blow out of the defroster vents. The air only blows out of the front vents. This only became a concern for me because we had a snow storm and I turned on the defroster to melt the ice off of the windshield and it didn't work.
2006 Ford Escape - Decent cars.
Comfortable to drive, easy to drive also. Good clearance, good traction with four wheel drive. Plenty of leg room and head room. Can fit 5 normal size people easily. Good gas mileage.
Story
Many times camping in the wilderness. Once the back seats are folded, can lay down and sleep in the back at an angle.
