I bought the white vehicle and upgraded to add black rims to make it look a little more stylish. The white is very crisp, and the outside looks extremely sleek and appealing to the eye. It looks like an expensive luxury vehicle. I added the tech package, so in the front we have the big 9" touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and a few months free of satellite radio. The center console has a 12 volt plug-in, so if you need to toast a bagel on your way to work for breakfast, you are good! The seats are not leather, but they are a very high-quality cloth. The positioning of the shifter is perfect for most heights, but if need be, the driver seat is electric and moves around.

Good quality vehicle.

The Ford Escape is a great smaller SUV family car. It gets fantastic gas mileage, is quite driving down the road, has plenty of sitting space and cargo space. They all come equipped with a useful back up camera which is clear and easy to see. I appreciate the basic interior with plenty of storage and is easy to clean. With the lack of air vents in the vehicle any passenger in the back seat of the vehicle have very limited air flow.

I had been looking for a used Ford Escape for over a month and had test driven some other vehicles. I liked the vehicle but didn't like the prices being offered. I went to Maplewood Toyota because I saw a Ford Escape advertised on their website. The price looked reasonable and the mileage was low, and it was the exact model I had been looking for. They had everything set up when I arrived and the sales staff was super friendly. They got me the keys and took a copy of my driver's license and in about 15 minutes I was taking a test drive. Afterwards, we discussed the price and they were able to come down a bit on the list price. I was extremely happy with the way things went.

As soon as I walked into the building, I was greeted by a smiling gentleman that looked as if he truly wanted to help me. I told him what I was looking for and he gave me a couple options without feeling overwhelmed. At no time did I feel pressured about anything at this company. He immediately let me take the Ford Taurus for a test drive without even taking a license - very trustworthy! Overall, I really enjoyed buying a car recently from this place. They made me feel great as a customer and they seemed very honest. I was very happy with my purchase.
