Ford Explorer Philadelphia, PA OWNER RATINGS & REVIEWS
Elizabeth
Lancaster, Pennsylvania
A sturdy old friend.
My Explorer is a practical workhorse. I feel safe and comfortable when I’m driving it. Plenty of room for my groceries, plant purchases and art materials. The interior has held up well except for the center console--the arm rest broke off several years ago. Mileage could be better. Sound system is quite good, and I like the dashboard layout. Acceleration could be improved upon.
Newville, Pennsylvania
Great reliable car.
Great car in any weather, plenty of room. The only real dislike I had was poor gas mileage.

Chapman Northeast Ford Volkswagen Philadelphia
2006 Ford 961
Chapman ford has truly excellent customer service, The salesman was both courteous and informative. Chapman didn't cause a lot of frustration and pressure for the customer that most other dealerships tend to do. I would recommend Chapman to anyone.

Good service, friendly staff, and open to negotiation. I walked out of the dealership paying much less than I thought I was going to.
