I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed anything. They located the car that I was looking for and had it in stock. I felt welcomed. Also, I was never talked down to like at other dealerships that I have been to. Going to the is dealership was the best thing ever. I would definitely go back again.

The workers there were young and entrepreneurial, and the environment was very relaxed with no pressure. I was able to take the car I was interested in for a test drive around the area for an unlimited time with no supervision, which was good so that I could take my time for half an hour and truly observe how well the car worked and sounded without feeling influenced to buy it. Also, the car had some minor issues such as a foggy headlight that, when I pointed it out, they freely replaced without any problem. Everyone there was friendly and

After an exhaustive search for a new vehicle to replace my 2002 Nissan Altima, I decided to purchase a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. I selected Honda due to its reputation for being a reliable brand that retains its value. I like the simplicity of the dashboard and the spacious feel of the cabin. Great trunk space as well. The most surprising and positive aspect of the car is the power and performance. It feels a lot stronger then 185 hp. The new safety cameras and sensors, common in most of todays makes and models, is also a great feature but took some time getting used to.
Story
I bought the car from Carvana, and have had numerous people stop and ask about my experience with them (due to Carvana temporary tags).
Pros
LED Infotainment Screen Quality and Location Cabin Space Trunk Space Dashboard not cluttered / intuitive layout Great gas mileage Attractive body design
Cons
Cheap Seat materials (leather only offered in one model - EX-L, the one I decided on, but even the quality of the leather is sub-par compared to competitors) ROAD/CABIN NOISE - Even with the ANC technology, the cabin noise at highway speeds is annoying

My 1998 Accord was bought used two years ago. There have been some dings to its' surface; the rubber lining in the rear passenger door has come off. But it has been a reliable car for driving, to say the least. Such issues as I've had regarded stuff that needs work with age anyway. Problems with the air conditioner, the compressor, the radiator, and the CV axles have never yet prevented the car from conveying me where I wanted to go. It is also easy to do most repair jobs on the car myself, for which I am grateful. Believe me, I've had less trustworthy cars. Additionally, it has only taken a little maintenance to maintain the mph of around 26 mpg since I bought the car. The engine's mileage responds nicely to additives like fuel injector cleaners and octane boosters. And now, I realize... (more)
Story
I installed my first-ever bypass wire this past spring, by connecting the positive post to the A/C compressor via a tri-toggle switch, run through the firewall to rest beside the steering wheel.. It felt good to a) feel the cool air come out of the a/c vents, and b) to know I'd wired this up correctly and USEFULLY. The mechanic who repaired the compressor wiring was nice enough - or amused eno... (more)
Pros
The MPG has stayed around 26 since buying the car. The radio! The seats and center bucket. Good A/C Most car work is easily done by DIYers' like me. Good transmission, too.
Cons
I need to replace the CD player. The door insulators are in need of replacement. Some of the screws on some of the parts under the hood use non-standard Torx heads.
