When I first walked on the lot, I was approached by a kind person that genuinely wanted to help me. Normally I would expect them to just want to make a sale, but the man was very helpful. I was having trouble deciding on the trim level and other things, and the price, but he was able to get me a great deal. He was very patient and understanding and took his time since I was worried about errors or mistakes.

I brought my Civic in the other day to get fixed. While they took care of me well and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off like a usual dealership, there was nothing to snack on in the 4 hours that I waited. Only a coffee machine and free water. Come on guys! At least get a box of crispee kremes on your way into work. Was starving! But my car came back with the stuff I wanted done, complete and with no hassle. I got the standard, "Everything needs to be replaced... Here's the list and quote." But that's more for entertainment than it is for reality.

This has been a very dependable car for me. I did have to have the transmission rebuilt at about 150K miles, but for the $3-4K price the car has been running so far an extra two years - much cheaper than buying something new.
Story
The pilot did a great job taking a big snowy hill that everyone else kept sliding down. This one episode made all the years of owning a four wheel drive but never much using it worthwhile.
Pros
Kids love the DVD system in the ceiling. It was indispensable when they were just toddlers, but they use it just as much today. It rides and handles well, feels safe while driving, is has a roomy interior.
Cons
After 150K miles I have had some mechanical problems, transmission, air conditioning, an oil leak, and just this year the leather seats in the back row ripped. The 3rd row seats are not adult size - at least not for more than a quick/uncomfortable trip across town. Also my kid puts his foot on the plastic that protects the mechanisms that move the drivers seat and has broken it twice. Gas mileage isn't great.

I like the reliability and size of the vehicle. It fits my family and when the third row of seats is folded down, the trunk is extremely roomy. When I need to carpool a bunch of kids, there is plenty of room with the third row. I have the plastic cargo liner for the trunk, so when we do have bags and boxes in the back, it doesn't get the car dirty at all. I love the Dvd player in the back for the kids, especially how I can listen to the radio or my own music while they are watching a movie with their headphones on. Overall a great family car!
Story
We have taken a lot of family road trips in this vehicle, which have all been great memories. The best was probably when we moved from Florida to Georgia and drove up to our new home in that car.
Pros
I like the size and versatility of the vehicle. Being able to have two rows with a large trunk or the three rows is very convenient! As mentioned before I like the DVD player. Also love the hands free phone and blue tooth audio so I can stream music from my phone. I also like how it tells me when I'm due for an oil change so I don't have to think about it!
Cons
I have had a few problems with the vehicle after not owning it that long. I have experienced warped rotors which has affected how the car drives. Also needed new tires after not that long which was both annoying and expensive. Also have some strange noises at times while I'm driving. Don't feel like this should be happening while the car is only 2 years old.
