I have only had the Toyota Highlander for about a month now, but it is by far the nicest car I have ever owned. The interior leather looks and feels great. The Bluetooth system is easy to use and is great for playing my son’s favorite songs at his request. I also love the rear air controls. During Atlanta’s hot summers I don’t have to worry about my son getting too hot because the air is blocked by the front passengers. The car does not feel like an SUV even though it has 2 rows of seats in the back. I am used to a sedan and was surprised at how comfortable I felt driving a larger car. I also like that it is higher off the ground than what I am used to. The backup camera makes me feel better about backing up when I’m in the neighborhood or at daycare because I can be sure no children a... (more)
Story
We took a trip to Folly Beach with my husband, son and 70 pound dog and had plenty of room for all of us. It was a fun and great trip!
Pros
- Backup camera - Sturdy frame, safety features - Bluetooth enabled - Toyota's reputation - Leather interior

I bought my highlander after owning a full size SUV with a V8 engine. I loved the highlander from day one. I love the interior being roomy and comfortable. I like that I have the 3rd row option to carry more people. The 3rd row also folds completely down flat so that is more cargo space in the back. The gas mileage on this vehicle is really good. It also feels like more of a car ride than a truck ride. I like the way the car looks as it is still and SUV but is not super big. I have had no problems with my highlander and all components seem to be working good.
Story
We are renovating our basement and even though my highlander is smaller than my previous SUV it still carries a ton of stuff. I was able to put a bathroom vanity and all the fixtures in it with no problem.
Pros
I love the gas mileage it gets along with the smooth ride it provides. The space inside the car is just enough. My favorite feature is the size because it is an SUV but still small enough that it is easy to park and move in and out of traffic. The tires for this car are much more reasonably priced than my other larger SUV. Upkeep and maintenance are easy to keep up with.
Cons
The only negative is that I have a 4 cylinder and would like at least a v6 engine so that I could haul more things behind it. Also, I wish I had more bells and whistles like navigation, back up camera, Sirius music. I also feel the leg room on the 3rd row is very limited.

The sales staff were very friendly and let me look at the car with no pressure. They answered my questions and did not push me into buying it. The service area was really nice.

We love Toyota's, this dealership had extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything was completed within a timely manner and we were even allowed to "rent" before buying. We really enjoyed Butler Toyota.
