The best thing about the Prius is the gas mileage at 50 mpg. I drive 3 hours round trip to work Monday through Friday and I spend $25 weekly on gas. My second favorite thing about my Prius is the small size. I can squeeze in the compact parking spots in our parking garage. I can also U-turn just about anywhere. The seats can sit low so it can be difficult to see over the dashboard. Other large vehicles also block your view, so if I am stuck in traffic, I have no idea why because I cannot see past the big truck in front of me. I have not had to replace the main battery yet. However, my check engine light is now permanently on due to low EGR flow. My mechanic tried to clean it for $1,000 and it went off for a day. It was back on the next day. The 2010 has over 260,000 miles on it. I have had no other problems. Since I bought my Prius, Toyota has introduced many more Prius models. I would definitely buy another Prius but would like the wagon model. Although my small car stores plenty in the hatchback, I may need more room next time.

Purchased at 90k miles, my Prius has been reliably providing 45 mpg and has enough cabin room to fit a kayak. Overpacking for camping trips is not a problem with excessive roominess for storage.
