This dealer has serviced our first Honda (odyssey) for over 10 years, and always has given us good and honest service. They have told us about issues and told us whether a given problem needed urgent repair or not, instead of pressuring us into it. We bought our 2nd Honda (CR-V) from this dealer in 2012. It was a lightly used car with low mileage, they gave us a fair deal. The process was smooth and we were not pressured unduly at any time. We did purchase the oil change package too, which works out well for us because we like to keep up with regular car maintenance.

My family has bought 2 cars from hendrick honda. They have given us really good dealer servicing for 10 years on our 1st car (odyssey). The salesman was very friendly and no pressure. He gave us a fair sales price for our 2nd car (cr-v) - not especially low but then Hondas generally don't sell really low. Even though we now live in florida, we definitely recommend hendrick honda to anyone looking for a new/used car.

Delivered as promised. Salesperson was not without being pushy. Negotiations and trade in were handled professionally and efficiently. Financial manger explained everything in great detail. Nice experience.

I heard about it from a friend. The first thing was that this dealer offered me the cheapest price. I had other insurance covered up as well, such as the insurance for the tires which are pretty costly for the CRV
