While the unit we purchased did not come with the trim level we really wanted, the dealership added the options that were important to us before delivery (sunroof, leather interior WITHOUT the expensive navigation system). The vehicle has performed very well with over 100000 miles on it.
Story
We took a trip to the local drive through safari. The zebra tried to ride with us! Luckily the power windows kept him from entering the vehicle.
Pros
V6, great gas mileage, Room to seat up to 7, 6 comfortably. With an interchangeable 2nd row center, you can have storage for two or seating for 3. The vehicle is easy to maintain and maintenance fees are reasonable. Room for groceries or Fido in the back with third row seating stowed. Two zone climate control keeps people happy.
Cons
I thought we were going through tires too quickly, but my wife just brakes hard...Too hard. Windshield wipers don't last very long, maybe because of the shape of the glass?

I love the interior quality. The leather and trim are not cheap and flimsy. I like that I have the option to use the 3rd row seating if needed. Otherwise, I can lower the seat down and have a lot of cargo space. I am able to fit a full size baby stroller in the back with room to spare. With all of the family trips taken, we have never needed additional space. We are a family of 4 plus one medium to large dog. We all fit comfortably. I love that we can fit a rear facing car seat in the back and still have enough space in the front to sit comfortably. Performance has been outstanding and only general maintenance has been needed in all of the 115,000 miles it has.
Story
When one of the interior lights were left on overnight, the battery (naturally) died. We were on vacation and parked in a parking garage in a not so safe area of Atlanta at the time. Because the whole vehicle is electronic, we were unable to unlock any of the doors or back hatch without the manual key. Luckily a construction worker on his way to work sat with us for 45 minutes to recharge the ... (more)
Pros
My favorite features of this vehicle include the roomy interior, the seat warmers, the mirror defrosters, the large cargo area, and the quality of the interior and exterior features. I like all of the safety features that are included as well. With two small children riding primarily in this vehicle, I feel that they are safe if anything were to happen.
Cons
My only complaints about the vehicle are the cost of tires to replace and the mpg. Tires have large rims due to it being a "limited" model. They run about $350-$400 for 2 mid range tires in my area. Also, the mpg only averages about 18.

The buying experience was quick and painless. We knew exactly what we wanted and what a good price was, and we were able to negotiate very closely to that number. Subsequent service at the dealership has been excellent.

Very friendly salesman, not pushy or made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. Nice facilities, they will travel to pick up my car for service, which I have already used. I live an hour and a half away, so this is very nice.
