I like this vehicle. The quality is good. Smooth hybrid power. Nimble handling. Good gas mileage.

My 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid is no doubt the best SUV I've had. Compared to the Jeep Wrangler, Chevy Blazer, and Saturn Vue that have we've had, the Escape Hybrid is Luxury. The seats are leather and quite cozy. It rides high for a good view of he road. It's easy for average to tall folks to get in and out of. The factory stereo is AWESOME. 50 miles a day driving interstate back and forth to work, week average 32mpg! Gauges look cool, and the console shifter is much nicer than one behind the steering wheel. Outside looks great, too. Ours has the 2 tone paint, white with silver trim. 153,000 miles so far and no major problems.
