I have to say that this is one tough truck. It has a very roomy interior that is both comfortable and sleek. The windows are large which allow for all around viewing. I would recommend this truck to anyone. I have the short bed because I don't do a lot of hauling, but if I were to do it over again I would get a longer bed. It is equipped with a back up camera and navigation. The Air Conditioning is very cold after it has been running for a few minutes. I am used to it getting colder faster, but this is my first Ford truck.
Story
This truck is awesome for driving through mud. I can honestly say that it is a blast to get stuck and then get yourself out without any outside help. Nothing like learning this the hard way...
Pros
Roomy interior, good on gas, back up camera, navigation, can haul just about anything, it sits high up so I don't have to worry about being able to see while I am driving on the highway or in traffic. Has easy steering that I can steer with just a finger.
Cons
The truck bed is a little too short for picking up lumber from the lumber yard. The back up camera is not always clear when it rains or it is humid outside. The "gas saving feature" that turns the truck off when you stop and back on when you take your foot off of the brake can be very annoying because you have to turn that feature off every time you crank the truck. They should find a way to be able to turn it off permanently.

When originally looking at this vehicle, I was looking at power and capability of a truck. I felt the F-150 was the best-looking truck on the road at the time and still is. I also loved the interior cabin space and how big it was for myself and my family. I like the versatility of being able to haul things when needed, yet still use it as a family vehicle.
Story
Absolutely wonderful in the snow. Every year I take it out to go explore the wintery weather, and I find myself off-roading in the snow and helping tow people back to safety.
Pros
Some positives would be power and capability. Interior space is huge and roomy. Ease of ownership is a big deal too. So far, it's proven to be a quality vehicle and cost of upkeep hasn't been an issue. It has navigation in it already, which makes family road trips a breeze. It can also tow almost 13,000 pounds, which helps me with taking military equipment where it needs to go on post.
Cons
Fuel economy didn't increase too much getting the eco boost V6 over getting the V8. Interior looks great, but there are a lot of plastics. Power inverter in the truck could stand to put out some more power to be able to power higher-draw items like a vacuum. Stock tires didn't hold up well to use. Once the tread wore down to a certain degree, they became unusable in anything other than dry weather.

The dealership had professional employees who were very helpful and willing to work with me even though I did not have a lot of money to spend and was not searching for an expensive vehicle. I felt they were very honest and forthright with me. They took time and were very friendly and helped me make the right decision.
