My vehicle is a small, white hatchback. What I liked about it was that it generally had good fuel management. I used to drive it for Lyft and after about an eight-hour shift I, at most, spent about 20 dollars after burning through a couple hundred miles. It also held up pretty well when I got into an accident. Someone hit the back of my car pretty hard, and there was barely any damage. What I didn't like about the car was the size. It barely could fit more than three people comfortably. I would definitely prefer to cut back on trunk space for more room for seating.
Story
Well, one fun trip I had was when I went to Pittsburgh to attend a gaming event with some friends.
Pros
Definitely the fuel management. It comes with a eco mode, which is great on the highway as it helps you get a few extra miles in during a pinch. It also has great a/c management. I rarely have to spend too much time warming up the car in the winter because of it.
Cons
One of my biggest gripes about the vehicle was that it is a low vehicle. I have had to replace the bumper once during my time driving it due to easily hitting the cement blocks in parking spaces. It also sucks to drive in the snow because it is low to the ground. You can easily hear scrapping from the snow. Another con is that there is no Bluetooth in the basic model despite being a car from recent year (2016).

The Hyundai Accent is a car in its basic sense. It takes me to work and lets me run errands. However, it is nothing to get excited about. It can't go above 65 mph without the steering wheel shaking. Most of the car parts are made of plastic and will break very easily. Both of my visors broke, my wheel cover cracked in half, and my AC was broken by a pebble. Yes, a pebble. The car gets very, very hot if left out in the sun. I've had plastic melt in there. Space wise, it's a standard car. It's crammed full of sewing materials and other junk, leaving me no room for my passengers. My husband is about 6 foot and can hardly fit in the car when it's clean. It is a car built for short people, like me. This allows it to fit into small spaces when parking, which is nice. Gas wise, it's okay. I h... (more)
Story
To be honest, the most exciting things that have happened in my car have been accidents. I hit a guard rail once in Baltimore when my tires locked up on me in the rain. My car only got minor scratches and I was fine.
Pros
The car does not damage easy. Gas isn't too expensive for it.
Cons
Parts break very easy. Can't go over certain speeds. Need constant tire alignment. Really cramped space for some people.

They were extremely patient with me while I drove different vehicles, some of them more than once. I really didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted and they really were informative and talked me through the decision making process. They offered to request cars from other dealerships in their network in order to accommodate my needs.

It was close to our apartment. I had recommendations that this was a good dealership. The customer service was top-notch. I felt less pressure than at other dealerships. I felt like they listened to me and my concerns. The prices were fair. They seemed to care about me, instead of just about my money.
