This is the 2nd Elantra I have owned and I love everything about. The car performs well, I usually get about 38 to 39 mpg on the highway and about 27 or 28 in town. The "Blue link" feature, which is similar to "OnStar" is great. I can press a button and immediately get help. The Elantra is a very comfortable ride. I love the seat warmers, especially in the winter. The back seats lay down so you can move quite a bit. One of the downsides is that it does not come with a spare tire so you have to purchase one of our own. It does come with roadside assistance so if you do have a problem they will tow you to the nearest Hyundai dealership. Another downside is that there is quite a bit of road noise, but its not terrible. Overall the car is great, and I would recommend it to anyone looking f... (more)
Story
I was with a friend, and we were going to target. I was waiting for a parking space, and my friend told me my car wouldn't fit. I got right into the spot with no issues. She was very impressed and said she needed one of these cars because her car would never have fit between two big SUVs.
Pros
Seat warmers, gas mileage, sleek design, pretty colors, large trunk, Bluelink help, and free car wash when taken in for repairs.
Cons
No spare tire, road noise, and not really big enough for five adults.

My Hyundai is like a constant companion that has yet to let me down. Yes, it has weathered the years, but it continues to prove its consistency and dependability. It is a smooth operator of the road and has a few technical features to boot. Although, it is not technologically savvy, it is almost enough to get me through. This family-sized car is worth the roll of the dice, and yes, Elantra's are wild.
Story
I don't really have any fun stories, but it does fit nicely in a full garage due to its size.
Pros
I hugely like the built in Bluetooth features. This is an easy way to safely multitask while driving. I like saying "call" and having a car that comes to my "beck and call." I also appreciate the XM button. It's great to have a single button to access XM radio. So, like I mentioned previously, it has almost enough technology to get me through. I think if Hyundai put a little more effort into its extras, it would be a great contender in the family-car category.
Cons
I would like more technology. A digital screen with more components would be on point. I would love to know the temperature, or dare I say a seat warmer or two. It also shakes on the freeway. The tires have been balanced, but not sure it seemed to drive comfortable after this.

This dealership was clean and had a very impressive set-up. It also had the largest stock of New Hyundai's in the DFW area. I went to 2 other Hyundai dealers in the area and both had very limited stock. The dealer that I worked with, (Eddie) was likeable and I never felt pressured at any time. I felt like I got a fair deal and am happy with my purchase.

The salesman was very friendly. They gave me a much better trade in value for my old car than I was expecting. The finance person really helped us explore all of our financing options. I never felt pressured to take make a decision. They had a great selection to choose from.
