2006 Infiniti QX56 Owner Ratings & Reviews
Write a Review
2006 Infiniti QX56 - Strong and sturdy.
I really like my Infiniti QX 56. It is very strong and powerful. You can feel the power in the engine easily as you are driving. It is very large so sometimes parking is tricky, but overall its very high quality.
Story
We took a 10 hour road trip in this vehicle with three kids and nobody felt cramped. It was very comfortable.
Pros
I like how much space is in the vehicle. It seats up to 8 people. The seats in the back fold down which make a lot of room in the back for groceries or luggage or larger things you want to transport. There is a 3rd row that seats three people. It is not very cramped back there and is actually quite comfortable. The extra room in this vehicle is my favorite feature, but other features I enjoy are the back up rear camera, heated seats, navigation, and the DVD player.
Cons
This vehicle is large so it is hard to park or maneuver in small spaces. There are sensors on the back bumper which is helpful but I wish there were sensors on the front bumper as well. Also, it is expensive to fill this vehicle with fuel because it is so large. Plan on paying for it (a lot!) at the gas pump.
2006 Infiniti QX56 - Roomy, expensive, and adequate
The car itself is great if you like space or room in your vehicles. Took it on a road trip and it more than accommodated me and my three friends plus all of our things. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for gas. The thing is a gas guzzler and costs a pretty penny to fill. In addition to this, it really slogs sometimes and it is hard to get it above 2nd gear on the highway. You can definitely feel the weight of the car on the highway and some drivers have even gotten upset with me as the car can't keep up. That being said, it gets you from Point A to Point B in luxury. Heated seats, a great sound system, sun roof and leather interiors, the car is decent.
