I bought this truck because we were on a budget. Honestly, it probably wouldn't have been my first choice if I had more money on hand. However, it's a really great truck. The size is perfect, not too small or too big. It's great in the snow, and it's a very comfortable drive. Not bad on gas either. I also really like how the radio controls are on the steering wheel. The seats are great. They are a nice cloth material which I much prefer over cold leather.
Story
We have state forests where I live in upstate NY, and you can drive through them. We took this truck out driving through them as soon as we got it and made it through the unmaintained roads with no problem.
Pros
The pros with this truck are the size and the smooth ride. It's great on gas and passengers are very comfortable in it. There's also plenty of leg room. There's lots of little storage areas such as the console. The glove box is a nice size, and the cup holders are deep. In my last truck, the cup holders weren't deep, and my drinks always spilled!
Cons
The only real negatives about the truck is that the trunk is a bit small, and there's no third seat in back. There's also no heated seats in this vehicle. That's a bit of a drawback for me since I live in an area where there are long winters, and I like to be warm. Heated seats would've been great.

I've owned a lot of Jeep vehicles, and the 2011 newly-redesigned Jeep Liberty was better than I was expecting. The original Jeep Liberty was small. Sure, it sat five, but there wasn't much room in the back/trunk area. That changed in 2011 when the Jeep Liberty was redesigned. The vehicle still sat five, but it was stretched out, so there was more room for the passengers and for cargo in the trunk area. The Jeep performed well, but might have been a tad on the high side in price compared to other SUVs on the market but still lived up to the Jeep brand.
Story
This vehicle was fun to drive and help up well in the snow. I drove mostly on rural roads, and it handled well in all weather (rain, sleet or snow).
Pros
This Jeep had hill assist with cruise control. That was my favorite feature. I live in rural area, and when using cruise control, the vehicle would automatically adjust and shift down if the hill grade was steep. Other vehicles would just let momentum take over, and the next thing you know, you're going 20-25 miles per hour over the set cruise speed.
Cons
The Jeep was a little pricey for what it came with, features wise. I'm a pretty loyal Jeep person, but if I had shopped around, I could have gotten a comparable vehicle for less if I had gone with a different brand.

It was my first time visiting a dealership to buy a car and the salesman made sure to stay with me from beginning to end. He didn't seize the opportunity to prey on a naive girl and make me a bad deal.

Low pressure. Seems sincere in saving you money. Friendly atmosphere and employees. I felt like I was not being taken advantage of because I was a woman. Employees made is easy to understands about financing options and made the whole process a whole lot less stressful.
