The size of the car is ideal for parking and for a discreet feel. The car has performed very well in its eight years with me, as it has travelled all the way from Orlando to New Orleans and Orlando to Quebec. Despite its size, I've been able to use it for mid-size moving tasks, and it's also comfortable for three people in the back.

I wanted a Kia Soul for a while before I finally bought it. I did buy used and would probably do so again. I bought the six-speed manual transmission, and I would probably not do that again. It has very little power in first and second gear, so you have to make sure that nothing is coming for a while before pulling out. It is also not all that comfortable to sit in. The window ledges are very high, so you feel as if you are looking up to look out the side windows. Also, there is no cruise control, which is probably an option I could have opted for but didn't. Other than that, I really do like the car. It is very fuel efficient and small enough to get around town in.
