This car has been great. The fuel efficiency is fantastic about 35 mpg city and 45 hwy. It has never let me down and it has 103,000 miles. It has never squeaked and the interior has held up well.

I bought a Jetta for a family car in 2010 and I will tell you that it was an amazing car. I bought the Sport Wagon and it was such a good car that my wife regrets getting rid of it still and we are now in the market for a new one. The space was amazing especially during the soccer games and sporting events where we needed lounge chairs stuffed in the back, the gas price was much better then I expected and the design was actually sleek and modern. I think the only thing I did not like about it was it was not as smooth of a handler as I expected it to be but it was very safe and that is one of the most important aspects when you are looking for a family car. The bottom line is if you need a nice family wagon with a sporty modern look, good space and good on gas that will be safe for the entire family then I could not recommend many vehicles about this one.
