I own a 2008 Pontiac G8. I bought it three years ago. Besides oil changes and tires, the car has never been in the shop for any mechanical issues. It's so reliable! I love how this car handles. All my friends beg me to drive it because of how smooth and well it handles. I'm always getting compliments on the car everywhere I go. I love how fast it gets up to speed. The interior of the car is amazing! It's not leather and if you get a little dirt on it, it'll just wipe right off. The only thing I dislike about the car is that it does have quite a few blind spots.
Story
We went and bought a ton of fireworks and filled up the whole trunk which the trunk is enormous. We brought them down to the bar and everyone gathered around the car to check out all the fireworks. It was a blast!
Pros
It handles well and gets decent gas mileage (25hwy/19 city). I have the grey one and it looks very slick and stylish. One of my favorite features is the tire gauge on the dash and the 6 disc CD player it has. My absolute favorite thing is that it isn't in and out of a shop! Saves me a million headaches every month.
Cons
The only thing I dislike about the car is that it does have quite a few blind spots.

I purchased my 2008 Pontiac G8 GT brand new. It is now 8 years old. Pretty much a typical GM vehicle meaning it runs great but the interior is starting to fall apart after 8 years. The car has 11 speakers. Two of the speakers have blown and I cut the wire to those to prevent speaker rattle. The headliner is now dropping down and will need repair. The external temperature button has lost its lettering. A plastic shield below the drivers seat has broken free. That is all the negatives. The car has 92,000 miles on it and zero problems with the motor and transmission. The car is still very fast which is why I bought it. The car still looks good after 8 years.
Story
I had six slow pokes holding up the highway. I was easily able to pass those jokers in one attempt. Don't ask how fast I was going by the time I got around the front car. Let's just say it was over 100 MPH.
Pros
Fast 6.0 liter motor No problems with motor or transmission Still looks good
Cons
A couple of blown speakers Headliner is dropping down External temperature button has lost its lettering Plastic shield below drivers seat is broken

This is one of the best cars I have owned. I think it was one of Pontiac best car ever made. I like the six cylinder but wish I would have bought the eight-cylinder motor. Very durable car, handles well in the rain and in dry conditions. Its color is black with black-tinted windows. It has a spoiler and a ram air hood.
Story
First time I drove it and got on the freeway and was doing 100 mph and didn't even realize it.
Pros
I have had the car for eight years and have not had any issues but replacing the breaks and the batteries. Very comfortable ride, great pick up speed. It is a really sharp-looking car. Low profile, great road handling around corners and along straight roads. Interior is charcoal and silver and is roomy and comfortable.
Cons
There have been three issues. Two were resolved and one was not. The timing chain jumps for no reason, but General Motors fixed it. The torque converter is not that good. I've had to get three treatments to fix it, and it last about a year each time. The only other complaint I have it when the caliper froze up and GM would not fix it or acknowledge that it was an issue.
