2009 Saturn Vue -
The car is decent enough, but I dislike the extra money and work I've had to personally invest into it. The interior is nice and the specs and features are as well. I have had to replace a few major parts like the engine, computer, transmission and alternator.
Story
My best memory is the first night I got the car. My oldest son was so excited that our car was his (then) favorite color. He was four. We took a ride to one of our favorite restaurants. He even took pictures in from of the car.
Pros
The first think I liked was the look of the vehicle. It is a moderately priced car with a luxury look on the interior. The appearance is my favorite feature.
Cons
The cons are that I have had to replace more tires than appropriate as well as the previously mentioned parts replacements.
2008 Saturn Vue - Great Family SUV
I bought my 2008 Saturn Vue in 2012. Prior to this purchase, I test-drove this model new in 2008. I immediately knew it was the car I wanted to have. While I couldn't buy it then, it was first on my list when I was car shopping in 2012. I've loved everything about this car. It has really adequate space - front, back, and cargo area. It drives well and is really comfortable. It has met all the needs of my growing family easily.
Story
My favorite memories with this car are packing it up with the kids and driving to the beach. We love rolling down the windows and smelling the salty air as we drive through our favorite beach town.
Pros
Cargo space - Large enough for my 90 LB dog, plus luggage
Ride Quality - minimal road noise, smooth ride
Leg Room - plentiful in both front and back seats
Cons
Gas mileage is only good, not great
