I was given this car as a fleet vehicle for my work, so I was in it ALL the time. When you are a rep, you pretty much LIVE in your cars, you eat in them, work in them, and carry a lot of work stuff around in them. It's not that there was anything special about the car, but for what I needed it for, it was good.
Pros
It's easy to clean. Let me tell you what, I accidentally sprayed a whole soda all over the inside of the car, and it wiped right off. (And it wasn't even the leather interior, just the plain cloth one) The driver's side was fully adjustable and it made spending endless hours in the car more bearable. The talk-to-phone system is really good. I talk on the phone a lot when I drive around, and having it hook right into my phone makes things really nice for me. The controls for the audio on the steering wheel is really nice, too. The gas mileage is really great, and the electronic indicato... (more)
Cons
The passenger side chair is NOT fully adjustable and my husband hates it. He complains that there is a crick in his back every time he has to ride in it. The trunk space leaves much to be desired. I can barely fit anything in it when I have to go on work trips. My husband's Toyota Corolla has more trunk space, just as a comparison, and it's a smaller car.

1995 Subaru Legacy - It is a solid car and I feel safe driving it.

The shape of the car isn't exactly the most pleasing, but the quality of the vehicle more than makes up for it. I, personally, am not a fan of leather seats after this car simply because of extremes in temperature. but otherwise it is very comfortable. I have never felt cramped sitting in either the front or the back and the trunk is large enough to camp/ sleep in for the night. The car is designed wonderfully in that there are no blind spots. Once it got older there were a few problems with oil leak, which seems to be an issue with the series, and a head gasket blew but that was on a cross country trip so the car was running hard for a long time but repairs are all reasonable. Gas mileage is pretty consistently 26 mi/gal. The car is fun to drive though as it got older it seemed to hav... (more)
Story
Many family road trips
Pros
-Great braking -No blind spots -Feels solid; not flimsy.
Cons
The cup holder is right above the stereo so if anything drips down, it can ruin the radio.
