I was given this car as a fleet vehicle for my work, so I was in it ALL the time. When you are a rep, you pretty much LIVE in your cars, you eat in them, work in them, and carry a lot of work stuff around in them. It's not that there was anything special about the car, but for what I needed it for, it was good.
Pros
It's easy to clean. Let me tell you what, I accidentally sprayed a whole soda all over the inside of the car, and it wiped right off. (And it wasn't even the leather interior, just the plain cloth one) The driver's side was fully adjustable and it made spending endless hours in the car more bearable. The talk-to-phone system is really good. I talk on the phone a lot when I drive around, and having it hook right into my phone makes things really nice for me. The controls for the audio on the steering wheel is really nice, too. The gas mileage is really great, and the electronic indicato... (more)
Cons
The passenger side chair is NOT fully adjustable and my husband hates it. He complains that there is a crick in his back every time he has to ride in it. The trunk space leaves much to be desired. I can barely fit anything in it when I have to go on work trips. My husband's Toyota Corolla has more trunk space, just as a comparison, and it's a smaller car.

The Subaru Legacy Brighton is a great car. The one I drive has a manual transmission. The interior is spacious enough for me plus four friends and their camping gear. It is pretty comfortable for long trips. It has over 200 thousand miles, and still is super trusty on trips out to the mountains and gets me to work everyday. I sometimes miss having automatic window; it would be nice to roll down the back windows while I am on the highway. It is not the most speedy or flashy car, but I love driving it, and I trust it to get me where I need to go.
Pros
Pros: -Comfortable -Reliable (as long as you do regularly scheduled maintenance it will be very loyal). -Spacious -Fair mileage (about 25 mpg)
Cons
Cons: The front doors have a weird security feature where you have to either lock from the outside with your key, or hold the handle up while closing the door. Not a big issue, but it took me a little while to get used to. Also, each door has to be locked/unlocked individually, so sometimes my friends have to wait in the cold as I go to each door to let them in.
