Best Car ever!
The 2009 Ford Fusion is an awesome car! It is a mid-sized sedan, seats 5 comfortably. Everyone will always have leg room. The rear seats drop down to give easy access to the trunk, and it has locks for car seats if needed. There is tons of storage space: a compartment in the dash, the glove compartment, and a dual compartment in the center console. There is also a storage area in front of the driving shaft. The trunk is very large, and can fit everything you need for a weekend on the town in a nearby city, or every bit of camping gear for a 3-week road trip. The back seat doesn't have the best air conditioning, particularly because of the placement of the vents. The front has great AC speeds, though sometimes I wish it had a half speed because it's too good! The driver's seat is adjustable forward, backward, up, down, and tiltable. So far, the car has ~90,000 miles on it, and has been going strong, with no problems and just normal maintenance (e.g. oil changes every 7500mi, etc.).

Solid, dependable and comfortable - just like grandpa.
While I did not initially love my car, I have come to greatly appreciate it. Sure, the styling is boring - but it's not hideous. The 6 cylinder engine has a decent amount of power, but the gas mileage is not thrilling. It seats 5 people comfortably, kind of surprising for a mid-size sedan, but I never wanted to be the person who drives around 4 other people. At 140,000 miles, I've had to do literally no work except for preventative maintenance. I like to joke that I'll buy something fun when my boring car dies - but it is obviously never going to stop chugging along, carting my family around to school and work and piano lessons. I won't be surprised if I end up passing it down to my son 10 years from now when he turns 16. Then it can be his boring car and I'm sure it will serve him just as well as it's served me.
