It's ok
I feel that the quality is standard of Toyotas. There's really no bells and whistles. It handles good and is still running with very little maintenance. Engine always passes smog and besides new tires every year, it's fairly decent. Although I do prefer the Camry over this car.

Lots of space
The vehicle has the luxury and space that you would normally look for in cars like Lexus. The space and leg room in the back was more than expected and performance has been meeting my expectations in the last seven years. The only thing I would have liked is more variety on inner seat coloring.

Very reliable, good gas mileage, roomy
The Toyota Avalon actually blew me away. It has more than enough power, more than enough luxury. Other than the quality, high-end feel of the materials and general roominess to be found in the Toyota Avalon interior. It is a very smooth ride and the best part about it is how roomy it is.

Toyota Of Downtown La Los Angeles
2013 Toyota 903
After visiting many dealerships and having a really bad experience at one, I was pretty much expecting terrible service, but Toyota of DTLA totally surprised me. Through a mutual friend, I set up an appointment with someone who works sales and leasing so I didn't have to meet with several different departments. I was promised what I was told when we spoke on the phone and they actually provided with the car. The guy I worked with was friendly and didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I felt that I got a great deal and left feeling positive which is rare at a dealerships.

I shopped online for a used Toyota in 2014 when my 2000 Toyota Camry was totaled in a car accident. It seemed like a lot of dealers were doing a bait and switch. I would look at a newly posted car, I would call immediately about the car, and then they would tell me it had been sold. I kept this up for about 6 weeks, while expanding the distance of dealerships further and further out. For some reason I didn't see many cars from Manhattan Beach Toyota until the fourth or fifth week of my search. I finally found the car I was looking for, just out of lease, and I came in immediately to take a look at it. The sales staff were willing to negotiate. They agreed to fix some cosmetic blemishes I found and the repair shop did this quickly and satisfactorily. Last, but not least, I got an excellent deal on financing. All of the staff at Manhattan Beach Toyota were help and friendly. I will definitely go back there the next time I buy a car.

It wasn't. I was overly excited to purchase a car and went with something obvious (in a location called "Mile of Cars"). I had difficulties with other dealerships where they would refuse to let me test drive, try to push me to purchase a car I didn't want, and in some instances actually insult me. I think this dealership was just 'less bad' than the others. The test driving and sales reps were nice, but I didn't pay enough attention to see they were moving numbers around. The final individual I signed paperwork with, was downright rude. At that point, the sale had been made so I assume he had no interest in being pleasant.
