I regret making this purchase. If I would have known the defects that this car has I would of kept my old car. Car looks good from the outside but the inside is a complete different story. I'm two months away from having purchased this car and have had a total of 4 rentals. Worst part of all, most of the expenses were not covered through the Ford dealership, meaning that those expenses needed to come out of pocket. Like mentioned above, vehicle looks good from the inside and out. Reason being of choosing this particular model.
Story
One Sunday afternoon, my siblings and I were visiting our father when all five of us decided to get into my little compact car and buy food for lunch. We of course needed to take a picture.
Pros
Gas mileage. Compact. Full equipped.( GPS, Rear Camera, Automatic Windows, Seat warmers, etc.)
Cons
At the time of purchase car worked great. Unfortunately as soon as I left with it, the car began to give me problems. Employee who made the sell did not care making the whole experience a living nightmare. It still is as a matter of fact.

It performed well at first, but soon after getting the car, the driver side mirror came off. And, the same thing happened to a friend with the exact same car. This leads me to think that the build of the vehicle is pretty poor. Items in the interior weren't very well made either. The middle armrest has broken and the seatbelt covers also came off. So, all in all I'd say that the attention to detail was not very good on this make and model. It drives okay. It can be loud when driving, even when I've just gotten it repaired. Unlike newer cars that seem to be very quiet when they are operating. I'm grateful for it because It gets me from A to B, but I don't get excited about driving. It's very basic - no bells and whistles at all. The design is basic and not a lot of creativity went into ... (more)
Story
I've had more tire issues with this car than any other car I've ever had. I don't have any really fun memories with it.
Pros
The car is easy to drive and easy to park. It doesn't attract thieves. It's very nondescript and just blends in with the other cars. My favorite feature is that it turns on and gets me where I need to go. :) There are literally no special features, well it does have a CD player and air conditioning. Those are both good features.
Cons
Build quality is not the best. Very little imagination went into making this car. Parts seem to break easily.

It offered a lifetime warranty on the drive train of my vehicle. They also have a very good reputation in the area for used cars and delivering great service.
