The Yaris model I purchased was literally the cheapest car on the Toyota dealer's lot, priced right at $10,000. If you are looking for frills and comfort, this is not the car for you. No power windows or power locks, no automatic transmission, no built-in GPS. It's Basic with a capital 'B.' If you want absolutely reliable, problem-free transportation, though? The Yaris cannot be beat. In the decade I've had it, I have not had to pay for a single repair, other than normally-scheduled maintenance. In the middle of winter? It's going to start 100% of the time and handle well on snowy or wet roads. The back seat is reasonably roomy and the trunk offers a surprising amount of storage. It's not the most powerful car around. You feel like a minnow swimming in a shark tank when you're driving ... (more)
Story
I had to drive a carload of motion-sick elementary schoolers home from Worlds of Fun one hot summer day. I'm not sure what kind of miraculous upholstery treatment Toyota is using these days, but what seemed like gallons of cotton-candy-and-hotdog vomit left no lingering stains or olfactory impressions on the back seat fabric. So there's that.
Pros
Reliability, operating cost, mileage, roomy back seat and trunk for the size
Cons
No frills, lack of power, odd dashboard configuration.

My vehicle is really cute. It's small. But not too small. It runs really well. I've owned it since 2012 and it is really quiet when running. I've only had cosmetic issues with the car which is the only negatives for the car. So, the automatic buttons for the windows and locks on the drivers side door broke and fell a little down into the door. Still usable but annoyingly placed. The same thing then happened on the passenger side. Just seemed cheaply made in that part.
Story
I think just driving around my town. It's always fun to take adventures with a bunch of friends and just goof around. We love taking road trips in the car. It's really reliable so I definitely trust taking it anywhere without very little issues.
Pros
Runs great. Looks great. Great price.
Cons
Cheap buttons inside. Terrible hubcaps. Fell off.

I've purchased two vehicles from them and both times they went out of their way to make sure I was very happy with the buying experience. In my dealing with other dealers I've felt pressured but I was able to walk away from this dealer and think about what I wanted to do and finish the deal a few days later w/o having a guilt trip laid on me.

The customer service was wonderful. Not only that, but they have multiple locations around town with various makes of car and that was very helpful as we were able to purchase another car for them across town.
