This car has been great for our family of five. We are able to spread out without feeling that we're driving the soccer mom van. We haven't felt that we're sacrificing space after moving from our Odyssey to this vehicle. It runs great, is quiet on the road and has had no mechanical issues since purchase. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone in the market for a vehicle with a third row of seats.
Story
Took it to the beach with the family, a long road trip for which there was plenty of room and had a smooth ride.
Pros
The third row is excellent and the car runs great. We expect to drive it a long time. We really enjoy the seating for eight. The back-up camera adds a level of security that we will stay accident free in the future. The car drives incredibly smoothly and is very quiet on the road. We also have really enjoyed the hidden storage compartment in the rear of the vehicle. It isn't large but just enough to be helpful when trying to pack a family of five for a long weekend away or even a night.
Cons
The biggest con we have found is getting over the stigma of Buick being an old person's car. When comparing to the Traverse or Acadia, we found the Enclave to be more spacious and quieter and overall, but it still comes with that feeling like we're too young to be driving it. Another minor con is the analog clock in the front, it's hard to see and serves little purpose.

2009 Buick Enclave - Very dependable, I've never been stranded on the side of the road in the 120,00 miles I've owned it. The interior is great, easy to clean and still looks like new! I can fit so much stuff in it with the seats down it's crazy, from 2 dogs (50lb and 100lb)

I really like how easy it is to drive. The fact that it's AWD is definitely a plus. I have plowed many snow drifts with it on my way to work with no problems. I did have some engine issues with it when I first got it, but I got it repaired and has run great ever since. I dislike the wheel size as 19 in wheels are more expensive.
Story
I once had 9 people full sized people in my car on a very cold night after a concert. We even had to fit one between the third row and the tailgate!
Pros
It's got a smooth ride and is very easy to drive in most weather conditions. Lot's of room in the back for everything from dogs to storm doors. It heats up very nicely in the winter and cools off easily in the summer. Its great for getting around in big cities, even though it has the room of a pickup, its as easy to drive as a smaller car. The backup censor is wonderful and the camera is a great feature. I like that it doesn't have a large screen in the middle of the dash so it's not blinding me all the time.
Cons
19 inch tires can be harder to find and more expensive than other sizes. It seems to drain the battery faster than should be necessary, especially in the winter. Tire sensors are nice, but they always seem to be malfunctioning. The battery is a pain in the butt to get to as it's in the floor behind the passenger seat. Wheel wells are small so any amount of snow, mud, or ice causes the tires to scrape.
