Buick Enclave a disappointment
I like the color and features of the car in addition to the smooth and quiet drive. The safety features are great. I especially appreciate the large number of airbags and the warning with the back-up camera. The seats are comfortable, and I like the captains chairs in the second row and optional third row. The seat warmers are lovely and warm quite quickly. The interior feels luxurious with leather seats and wood grain on the dash and doors. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end for me. It has had numerous recalls during the time that I owned the car (e.g. airbag replacement, lift gate malfunction), and I had to replace the entire steering rack to the tune of $1,000 and was not under warranty even though the car had only around 30,000 miles on it. The lower part of the bumper gets loose every few months and hangs off of the car and must be pushed back on. The car is heavy and brakes and accelerates quite slowly. Even small issues like headlight bulb replacement occurred so frequently, that is became annoying. These factors in addition to the large number of mechanical issues for a car with relatively low mileage (45,000 miles) results in a disappointing car ownership experience. I would not buy another Buick or recommend this vehicle to anyone else.

Overall a great car with a few bugs that had to be worked out.
My 2011 Buick Enclave is a very stylish car with wood ingrain in the dash, all power options and extra features like a backup camera. The vehicle is very roomy. It seats 7 with captain chairs on the second row. This enables easy access to the rear seat which seats 3. The rear seat can also be folded down which creates a large cargo area which is perfect for grocery days. The exterior is very stylish with alloyed wheels and running boards that run the length of the car. The Enclave had a design flaws which where a problem at first. Namely the engine would fail around a certain mileage. This was replaced by the dealership which had great customer service. The performance for the car is outstanding with a quiet, smooth ride. Gas mileage runs at around 17 mpg city and is an enjoyable ride on long trips. Overall a wonderful experience to own.
