I just love my Enclave! Between the leather interior and DVD player, it's sure to feel like luxury. I have three children at home, and we needed a bigger car than the sedan I was driving, but I didn't want a minivan... so we went with the seven-passenger Enclave and I couldn't be happier. Between grocery shopping, soccer practices, and inviting friends over, we now have enough room to do it all! And did I mention the ease of traveling to see my mom now in the next state over? Our dog can even ride along with us to visit granny! Our Buick Enclave has also been a very reliable car. I haven't needed to take it in to the dealership for service outside of oil changes, even though it's used. The air blows cold, and you can even buy an Enclave with a sunroof option if you wanted to. I'm glad ... (more)
Story
We drove the car to an amusement park near where we live, and we just thoroughly enjoyed the ride compared to trips in the sedan. We had much fun watching DVDs along the way as well.
Pros
DVD player, leather, look of the car, dependability, color, and roomy.
Cons
Blind spots on the front windows when I'm at a stop sign, and it takes more gas than my car.

2013 Buick Enclave - Great "mom van" alternative.

This vehicle is a perfect family van alternative. It works well for families with young children who need the space for car seats and for people who need space in general. The quality of the design shows wells in the little details with this vehicle down to the lights in the door panels that makes for a seamless appearance. The downside to this -- being a luxury SUV -- is that you give up the sporty feel for comfort (i.e. there is a longer 0-60 mph delay than some might want).
Story
This vehicle made our family move (talking two adults, an infant, a cat, and two large 90-lb. dogs) from Maine to Arizona a breeze!
Pros
Comfortable and safe! Comfort wise, almost everything is adjustable. Safety-wise, there are many options that provide extra security when in use such as lane-detection and mirror rotation when backing up. The detection system on the mirrors allow you to feel confident when merging lanes, which is a huge relief on busy highways when blind spots can cause accidents. The rearview camera makes parking a breeze, and the 90 degree detection allows you to easily back out of parking spots confidently.
Cons
The vehicle is a bit like a tank when it comes to speeding up quickly. This is a drawback, as it seems the focus was almost too much on comfort because the performance slightly suffered.
