Upon researching and test driving this vehicle, I found it had a good style and handled well. It is a small SUV that included bucket seats in the middle row and an option for a third-row seat. It sits high which allows for good travel in snow and provided a good vehicle for our small family.
Story
There isn't much, but I do remember driving in circles in a store parking lot to set the compass shortly after we bought it. That was kind of interesting.
Pros
What I liked the most about this car was its overall style. It allowed us to travel pretty easily in the snow and yet was not extremely bulky. It also had pretty good gas mileage and low maintenance cost overall.
Cons
Unfortunately, the negatives of this vehicle outweighed the positives. To begin, we thought we were purchasing one with All-Wheel Drive, but it does not have that and we were unable to find a replacement. However, it is the overall usefulness of the vehicle that has made it not the best choice for our family. While the bucket seats are nice for adults, they are not very useful for growing families. These seats require that young children (even in car seats) be placed on the outer parts of the vehicle instead of in the middle where it is the safest. The two bucket seats also limit the amoun... I have a 2003 Buick Rendezvous CXL that I drive everyday. I bought it use from a owner that had expensive mechanical problems with it, so she decided to sell it. I actually did not have to spend that much to get it fix. I like that the SUV is spacious, runs okay, and has many upgrades. I hate that it has many small inside mechanical problems, which makes it difficult for me at times; like the gas handle, and wiring through the car or dashboard.
Story
I definitely have a memorable story about this vehicle, one being when I first saw it. My dad originally bought the SUV and switch cars with me for it. When I first got the car it ran great, with no noises, but the flaw was the cleanliness of the car. The car honestly had live roaches, spiders, gum in the leather seats, cup holders, on the doors, food every where, stains in the carpet and head... (more)
Pros
The best qualities about the car is the space and upgrades. The SUV sits seven people comfortably. There are 6 cup holders, the second row seats can adjust and recline back. There are many upgrades in the car like On Star, a radio on the second row seat and digital view of my speed limit that shows up on my window, so I can always see my speed.
Cons
The negative aspects of the SUV is the bad wiring which cause the traction and dashboard functions not to work properly. My gas hand is not accurate, which cause me to run out of gas, my traction turns on every time I hit brakes, so I had them taken a loose, plus the car makes a lot of noise while moving or braking. I have to estimate when I think my car needs gas, so I will not run out which I have done three times, and I worry I will not have any traction when I need them.
