I did extensive research before deciding to buy the Cadillac XTS It was worth my research and I like it so much. It is a big step up in technology. The seats are comfortable and room for 5 adults my size. It has great handling and all the technology I need in a car. The side blind spot mirrors are great as I did not like the idea of flashing lights and buzzers ever time a vehicle came near the car. Mileage is great, got 36.2 on my last trip from work! Really a fun and super car to own.
Story
Last week I drove my car to the Park. We enjoyed a lot. The seats were so comfortable. It give vibrations when approaching obstacles. We needed that like all of or import competitor. Overall, I'm very pleased with this car.
Pros
Love the car; the ride and transmission are very smooth. Great appearance, nice styling lines. Everything works. XTS isn’t very wide, but the 111.7-inch wheelbase does provide a livery-ready backseat with good legroom. Livery customers also will like the deep 18.0 cubic-foot trunk .It was Awesome.
Cons
There is no negative thing about the car but. But one thing I dislike about it is that, It always felt heavy when accelerating and high fuel economy and It is definitely not designed for aggressive driving.

Honestly, I don't know much about cars and living in New York City, I never really needed one. Growing up, I'd always been scared of driving because people here are very aggressive drivers, especially in the city. However, upon reaching my early 20s, I realized I should really learn how to drive. And it didn't take long for me to decide it would be more convenient to actually own a car for work. I honestly don't know anything about cars and it has never interested me. However, enlisting the help of a car enthusiast who also happens to be my friend, we went car hunting. I love how no-frills this car is. While it'd be cool to have something more technologically advanced, it is not what I necessarily need right now. I love how smooth the engine runs. This is awesome because when I speed u... (more)
Story
Because this is my first car, it definitely holds a special place in my heart.
Pros
Smooth engine, spacious seats, and the direct-injection system are definitely the best things about this car.
Cons
Honestly, the price was kind of out of my price range when I was looking to buy a car. However, I couldn't find any other car I liked as much as this one.

This XTS is easily a FULL size car. The legroom is incredible. My friend who is 6"5" had the front passenger seat all the way back and his toes could not touch the fire wall and the sales girl who was 5'9" tall and was sitting behind him had 6" between the front seat my friend was sitting in and her knees. And the car is far more technologically advanced than the S550 . Just for starters the XTS has the CUE tablet system, which none of the German or Japanese boys have. The XTS Platinum has all the fancy high tech, electronic safety options and power.
Story
I love to go on road trips with all my friends in this great car! We like to travel all over USA.
Pros
With dual-stage frontal air bags, knee airbags, side- and head-curtain airbags, and side-impact airbags for outboard rear passengers. Also, lane departure warning, front-collision alert, a blind spot monitoring system and rear cross-traffic alert. The Driver Assist package is great as well.
Cons
If you are looking for a luxury sedan that provides you with an engaging driving experience and high levels of athleticism the Cadillac XTS leaves you wanting more. Also, the price is a factor.
