Comfort & style.
The SRX is comfortable to ride in, especially on longer trips. The seats have several adjustments that you can customize to yourself. It has ample room, but is not an extremely large vehicle. It does will in inclement weather. It adapts to road conditions well. The windshield wipers automatically adjust to the conditions well also. There is ample cargo room and storage in the SRX. You are able to pack a cooler and still have room to pack your things. Passengers in the rear seats do not feel confined, as there is plenty of room. Driving the SRX in the city can be a little difficult due to the size of the vehicle, however the back up camera and blind spot detectors are almost necessary features on a car today. The backup camera can become foggy or icy though, which can be an issue. These features make the vehicle easier to drive, especially in lots of traffic. The maintenance on the SRX can be a little daunting, due to the complex system of the vehicle. The oil life alert is a great feature. Also, the alert to let you know when the tire pressure is low is great. It has saved me a couple times when I had issues with my tires, before I started down the road.

Comfort and luxury
This vehicle was initially chosen due to its quick depreciation of value. I bought this 2012 SRX in 2015 and only paid ~40% of it original MSRP. We initially were attracted to this vehicle because we needed more space than our previous sedans provided for longer road trips with our two dogs. The SRX provides as good amount of cargo space with the rear seats folding down. You can also utilize the roof cargo rails and install a trailer hitch (which we have done) for added cargo space. The other main reason for choosing the SRX was due to its comfort level. At 6'5", I can continuously drive this vehicle for 5+ continuous hours without feeling discomfort. The SRX is the vehicle of choice for about 90% of my families driving for these reasons. The only real dislikes that I have regarding this vehicle is that the rear seat is pretty standard in regards to comfort. Additionally, the overhead space is sub optimal. Anyone over 6 feet tall would not feel comfortable for extended periods of time. However, these seats would be perfect for families with small children or infants.
