Great car to own
It is a lot larger than I would like to drive, but I have grown accustomed to it. The paint has not faded or had chips in all the years I have owned it. The inside cab is quite roomy, seats have a variety of adjustment settings. The leather seating can be hard to clean at times and even still, but overall comfortable for long drives. Heated seats are great for cold days, and the separate temperature controls for the driver and passenger are great, I can turn off the passenger side when I am alone and do not feel I am wasting energy. It supposedly "learns" your driving style, as there are different profiles on the car for each driver. There are small compartment storage in the back as well as a roomy "trunk" that is not really separate from the car, which might be a problem for some. There is a lot of information that can be obtained from the display on the C.D player, such as battery/oil life and so on. OnStar is equipped, there is a car phone and you can even link your personal cell through the car phone making talking hands-free in the speaker. The vehicle itself looks quite nice.

Reliability meets luxury in the Cadillac SRX
I love my Cadillac SRX. It's, by far, my favorite of all the vehicles I have owned in the past. I have driven it multiple times from Kentucky to the border of Canada, from Kentucky to Tennessee, and from Kentucky to South Carolina. The luxury quality really shines through on long road trips. It is very roomy inside and can easily fit five people on a road trip with plenty of room in the back for everyone's luggage. As far as the mechanical aspects about the car go, I have to say I have personally driven the car thousands of miles. I haven't had any major problems out of it yet. It is my everyday vehicle to get me to and from work, and I never worry about it getting me where I need to go. The body of the car is very solid, and it is big enough to feel safe in without being too big to park or feel comfortable going to the drive thru. The motor takes synthetic oil, which is great, because it's better for the motor and holds up longer without needing as many oil changes.
