My vehicle is a Cadillac Deville and is a 2008. It is Beige and a nice ride. It gets about 20 miles to the gallon which does not make it so great on fuel efficiency. However, if you want a spacious place for the kids then the Deville is yours. The only trouble I have had is that the air conditioner has went out and it's going to cost a lot to fix it. Cadillac's cost a lot to fix because they are luxury vehicles. It runs and drives great. I love my Cadillac!
Story
This vehicle has had an air conditioning problem since we got it. I went to fix it recently and it was only going to cost 87 dollars. However it went out a week later and now it costs 625. So remember, if you have a lot of money to spend on a vehicle. Choose this one.
Pros
I Love that it runs and drives great! It is spacious for the kids! It is leathered out for comfort. It is a luxury vehicle.
Cons
The cons are that it is very high on parts and the cost to fix it is expensive. It doesn't get great fuel efficiency. Only 19-20 miles to the gallon. It's electrical issues is what I've heard will have problems in the future.

The Cadillac Deville is an excellent car. It rides very smooth and the engine is quiet. It feels like a luxury car. When I ride over a bump, I barely feel the bump. I love the leather seats and Bose Sound system. Some cars don't have an Aux port and this car does. In the winter, the car heats up quickly. But I don't like that it uses a lot of gas. A full tank lasts me about 3 days, especially when I have to run the air condition. But overall, a great quality car. The performance of the car ranks amongst the best I have ever seen. It picks up speed fast going from 0 to 60 very quickly. I love my suspension and the air shocks.

Pros
This car's best attributes are probably the ride and handling. Only the most severe road defects upset the smooth as glass ride and it handles surprisingly well for such a big car. The steering is super light, like the wheel isn't connected to anything. I personally love making one finger U-turns. The brakes aren't so great, don't go that fast and make sure to leave plenty of stopping distance. It's exterior styling is a strong point too. I think these are among the best looking Cadillacs. The interior is, as you would expect, very comfortable. My friend's actually fight over who gets to s... (more)
Cons
Repairs are expensive even though car is 15+ years old. Heater core needed replacing a few times at $300 a pop. Replaced the water pump about 4 times in the past year at $150 for the labor, luckily I had a lifetime warranty. Also had to replace the radiator. Engine is tough to work on due to limited space, I personally do not like uni-body FWD cars, but that really isn't the cars fault. The standard dash trim for the DeVille was fake plastic which I replaced with real wood trim from a Fleetwood (after I customized it) lack of any performance parts for the engine at all. Active suspension i... (more)

I've owned my Cadillac for about 4 years now. I got it at 134,000 miles and it is now at 182,000. For a car of its age, the build quality has proven to be quite good. The only defect with the interior is that the second pull down sun visor broke before I had the car. Cosmetically, the car looks to be in great condition. There is some minor cracking of the exterior plastic trim but it would never be seen without a close inspection. The leather has held up quite well. This is the most spacious car I have ever driven. Passengers say that the back seat is like sitting on a sofa. The car is certainly comfortable for long trips. The downside to this car is reliability and the cost of fixing things that break. Almost since the time I got the car it has had slight overheating issues. If you a... (more)

You can comfortably fit 6 people in this car which can be a lot of fun! (Front and rear bench seats)
Pros
Super comfortable Great gas mileage for a huge car with a 4.9 L V8 (24 hwy) Spacious Great interior design quality Attention to detail in design Powerful AC (when working) Lots of trunk room Wireless door locks, trunk, and interior lights
Cons
Reliability Cost to fix parts that break Bad city mileage (around 10 or 12 mpg) Requires high octane fuel Several strange quirks (e.g. humming sound after driving for hours on hot day) Burns oil Leaks coolant
