Used Volkswagen Jetta for Sale

I decided to buy this car because I wanted 3 things in a car: 1. I needed a car that had good gas mileage 2. I needed a car that felt solid 3. I needed a reliable car My old car was 15 years old and was not reliable. It was also a 2 ton Volvo, so the gas mileage was terrible. I decided to buy a pre-owned car with the conditions above. The only ones I found to fit that list were the Audi A3 TD and VW Jetta TD. The Jetta was cheaper with the exact same engine, so I went with the Jetta.

I have a 2008 black Jetta that I bought used. I really like the heated leather seats and the sunroof best. The gas mileage is average. I would have expected better mileage for a 4 cylinder engine. The acceleration is average but there is an extra gear that gives you an extra jolt when you need it however that uses a LOT of gas. All of a sudden I am having a lot of electrical problems with the car. The sunroof opens on it's own, the doors don't always lock and warning lights are coming on for no reason. The car also isn't that quiet. The wheel rims keep bending whenever I hit a pothole and it costs hundreds of dollars to replace them. If I don't replace them it makes the tires wear out sooner. It also sounds like I am riding on the wing of an airplane.

Performance is great due to the 5 cylinder and the transmission flows well. The interior is top notch and comfortable. The car is comfortable and enjoyable to drive. Volkswagens are known for their quality offerings and This is one model that lives up to the expectations.
