Used 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 for Sale

I have thoroughly enjoyed this truck. It's a four door and, as far as the interior goes,it is extremely spacious. It will comfortably fit six people including the driver. A grown man can easily fit in the backseat of this truck. It is one of the largest cabs I have seen in a truck of this model and year. The interior has an expensive feel to it without the price tag attached. The truck runs great. It is a smooth ride. I will say that this particular engine does not have quite the get up and go that others might. It does have the smaller engine. However, for a 1500 it is plenty. The gas mileage is about what you would expect for a truck around town, as it gets about 15 - 16 mpg, but on the highway it gets over 20 mpg. It does need a leveling kit as the rear end sits up higher than the front end. My particular truck did not come with a tow package, but that was easy to install. The bed of the truck is great for hauling hay and feed, which is of great value to me, since I own a farm. It has the capability to pull trailers, which also comes in handy. I have had limited problems with this truck. It is mechanically sound, as well as all of the motors and electronics on the inside work particularly well and have stood the test of time. Overall, this is a great truck for the value. I would get another one in a heart beat.

Purchased this vehicle used when it was 8 years old. This truck is a beast. The Hemi never lets me down. The full size bed makes it easy to haul different types of items. The towing power has never let me down either. The seats are comfortable and the interior is roomy. There is plenty of storage and unlike many full size trucks with extended cabs, there is actually leg room in the back seat. Having the capability of transporting a large pay load and not having to sacrifice the amount of people I can haul with it is a huge positive about this truck.
