Speed With Room to Breathe
The Hyundai Genesis Coupe is a great car for the price. You can get the speed you crave with some small touches of luxury for a very affordable price. The car handles very well and it's easy to drive whether you're cruising down the street or racing down the highway. For a small sports car, it is surprisingly roomy in the interior. You'll be able to comfortably fit 4 people inside. With available accessories like push-button ignition, sunroof, touch screen navigation, and more, you don't have to spare comfort for speed. The engine purrs like a kitten in idle, but you get that great sound of power when you rev it up. The design of the car if very sleek. It's in line with the designs of other Hyundai vehicles like the Sonata and Elantra, all of which have received rave reviews. Overall, the car is a great buy at its price point and offers a lot of value and features that you would expect from a more expensive vehicle.

Hyundai continues to show promise
I traded in my 350z for this vehicle and sometimes regret it. Build quality wise, it's not bad. However, the car is incredibly hard to align correctly and sometimes makes the steering wheel shake at speed. It's rather frustrating. The interior sometimes makes a rattling noise while at 3000 rpm. The turbocharged engine makes good power, but it's really buzzy(undefined sound). Transmission is notchy(6 speed) and clutch is weak. If these components and issues were addressed, it would be a much better vehicle. Steering input feels direct, but the R spec model is very unforgiving on bumpy roads. That being said, being the first REAL sports car from Hyundai, It is a step in the right direction.
