The best value for snowy terrain
I purchased my 2007 Subaru Impreza sedan back in 2007 with 36,000 miles on it. In its previous life, it had been a rental car in Hawaii (why, I'm not sure). 110,000 Miles later, I haven't had a single problem with it... It's acceleration is excellent, the 4WD is incredibly useful for snowy, Colorado winters and the exterior style looks great. The only downside is that interior space is limited. The backseat's about as large as a convertible. On the upside, trunk space is oddly generous. Last negative point: it's a pig on fuel. Averaged 25 mpg on the highway in fair weather :/. I believe this has something to do with the fact that the 4WD is engaged full time, but I'm not sure. Overall, however, I'd purchase this vehicle again (and plan to).

Excellent All-Weather Vehicle
I loved the way it handled in the snow. Overall, it was a decently quick car with a satisfying engine note and great handling. The visibility was top notch and the comfort was good (it came with bucket instead of bench seats). Everything about it screamed durability and long-lasting quality.

Best car ever
This car is an absolute tank. It's been through three accidents and still runs like a champ. It has also gotten me through multiple storms. It has been consistently safe to drive. It has saved me from skidding on ice a few times. I love this car for its safety. Its also very fun to drive as well. The acceleration is great and so is the speed. It also has enough room for an active life style. I have skied most of my life, and I can easily fit my gear in my car.
