The Subaru Impreza in my personal opinion is the best AWD sedan out there at its time. Living in the Northeast of America, I've experienced very brutal winters, and the Impreza had no trouble in navigating in snow covered terrain, even with only all season tires. The power-to-weight ratio is just right; in other words, it's tamed during city commute, but semi-aggressive when overtaking. Also, I'm speechless with its reliability. It currently has about 140K on the odometer, and I haven't had a single issue. I haven't experienced a major accident with my vehicle, but reading about the IIHS ratings as well as testimonials, I'm confident that my Impreza will save me from virtually any crash. Gas mileage is great with the Subaru Impreza, to which I was able to achieve approximately 300 miles of pure highway miles (without A/C and only 1 passenger). Furthermore, when it comes to the engine bay, maintenance is easy and straightforward. Everything that is crucial for the health of the car is labeled in bright yellow paint, is easy to reach, and enough space to work around with. Unfortunately, the Impreza lacks in sound quality when it comes to the speakers. It isn't anything fancy, but it gets the job done. Finally, as a car enthusiast, I've essentially built a track-ready Impreza. Some parts are coil over suspension, anti-roll bars, wider tires, bigger brakes, custom tuned, larger radiator, and much more. The Subaru Impreza platform is very aftermarket friendly.

I love this car! It has decent gas mileage and I feel like my family is safe inside. I like the all wheel drive and its a great car to take camping. We love the hatchback and the space it provides.
