Love This Car!
I really enjoy this car. It has always been a dream of mine to own a Subaru. I never really thought this goal was going to happen because of cost of the cars. So I thought, these cars are just as affordable as others on the market if not cheaper. That doesn't take away from the value of the car at all. This thing is a beast. Anyone that does any research can also see they are extremely safe and reliable, as well as having very high resale value which to me says a lot about what you are getting in this car.

The Impreza a is a fun and satisfying vehicle to drive. I use it for camping a lot, and it's all-wheel drive feature allows me to traverse most sites without fear of getting stuck in mud -- although I would never be tempted to go off roading because of the low suspension. This is not an issue for city driving, obviously. And it has not been a problem camping, as long as I keep it in areas that are manageable. The vehicle also maintains great handling in all conditions that I have experienced, even hurricane Irma! No joke. The main draw backs are minor, things that newer models are integrating such as technology is one. Another is the road noise you get. However, these are minor. I wish the acceleration would be better, but it performs well as long as you aren't afraid of the upper RPM range. I find that it is also an economical vehicle in terms of fuel efficiency, a nice bonus for me since, when I bought it, I worked only a mile away from my house, but now I have a new job with a 70-mile round trip. My average fuels efficiency is 34.5 mpg, several points higher than advertised. It is also very safe. I got in an accident, and the car hardly showed it, although there was a lot of work on the frame and under the hood that needed to be done. I felt like I was in a battering ram!

Climbs the mountains like a spider.
I recently moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains, and the road to my new home is dirt, rock, and at a steep incline. My Toyota Camry wasn't handling it well. I spoke with my new letter carrier, and she told me that her Subaru, which she used to deliver the mail, had over 300,000 miles on it and was still running strong. It handled the mountains roads better than any other vehicle she'd tried. I promptly traded in my Camry for a Subaru Impreza. I love it! It takes these roads like a champ, and it's small--so it fits my small stature perfectly. I love that it's a hatch back because in that capacity, it serves as a small pick up truck when I need to haul things. I recently met a neighbor, and as he walked past my car, he patted and said, "I see you got you a Subaru--them thangs handle these mountains like a spider!" I have since named my new car Toby--after Toby Maguire/Spiderman.
