Nice looking, safe, reliable
Overall, I really like this vehicle. I originally had a 2 seater sports car and after my second child, I decided to get this bigger vehicle. I am very happy with it. The only thing I dislike is that they no longer make it, and my goal was to trade it in for a new H2 Hummer someday.

Reliable, Spacious, Comfortable
The 2003 Ford Expedition offers the modern squared styling that ford switch to in the early 2000s. For an SUV, it has a slick look and solid lines that you may not expect from any full size SUV. The interior is spacious offering plenty of leg room even in the folding third row. It's large wide body and low center of gravity make for an excellent handling vehicle. Braking and acceleration are smooth which makes it fun to drive but with the added feeling of safety and control. Maintenance is typical of any full sized SUV and costs are well within the average. Mine has only been the shop once for an oil filter adapter gasket and cost fewer than 40 dollars with parts and labor. Gas mileage is average at about 16 Hwy and 13 City. These numbers can be raised with a change to a cold air intake to 20 and 17 respectively.
