I've been extremely disappointed in my Ford Explorer. Since buying it brand new it has required more repairs and upkeep then any other vehicle I've ever owned. Various parts-electric locks, windows, transmission and more have needed to be replaced multiple times. The gas mileage is pitiful, the storage room is not as large as you'd expect from a full size SUV. Also installing car seats is extremely difficult, 3 car seats would not fit, even one rear facing seat makes it difficult for an older child to fit into the middle seat without a car seat. I just don't feel I received a quality vehicle and was disappointed in the service by Ford when it required so much work while still under warranty.

Great vehicle. Got me through a lot of different weather hazards and conditions. I used this truck for everything. Delivery, leisure, work commutes, and all around punching bag. The Explorer was tough, got me in and out of every situation I found myself in. Plenty of room to accommodate my family and friends. Was able to tackle rough terrain and kept on going when I admittedly pushed it limits. Not to great on gas mileage, but the V6 in it gave me plenty of power on the highway. This thing can fly. Excellent quality, pushed into 170,000 before it broke down. Easily would have broke 250,000 if I took better care of it.
