I have a Honda accord EX 2008 model. There were many things that I disliked about this model. The material that was used for the interior was not of good quality. I brought the car used but it was in relatively new condition. No wear and tear. I took very well care of it and yet the leather on the door and the middle console started to tear apart. I also noticed that not long after I brought the vehicle I started to notice changes with the transmission. I know that Honda is well known for having transmission problem, but to have a relatively brand new car and feeling the differences with the transmission months after purchase was very disappointing. I have an automatic transmission, and I can feel how hard the gears are shifting. I previously owned a 2002 Honda accord EX model and I f... (more)
Story
Honestly, I have not had any memorable stories about this vehicle. I really regret even purchasing this model but I had no choice but to stick with the car.
Pros
There was not many things that I practically liked about this vehicle. At first I was excited at the fact that I could have a brand new Honda accord model because I am a fan of accords. After about a month or so, I felt really unsatisfied with the car. The only feature I can say about this car was just the modern style of car in term out exterior design. I would say the only other pro about this model was the fact that it was suppose to help you have more mileage efficient.
Cons
Top negative things about this vehicle is definitely the interior design. The material is weak and not durable even though it's the top model. The design inside was considerable tiresome. I ended up purchasing the gray Honda but the inside was a negative. It was a cream and black color interior. It was not practically my style. Another con was the dashboard. I prefer the 2002 design of the dashboard compared to the 2008

2010 Honda Accord - Great reliable, family car.

The 2010 Honda Accord EX is a fantastic, all-around vehicle for the family and long trips. With the exception of a few minor repairs over the years, this car has been a gem. It is a four-door sedan, front-wheel drive, five speed with overdrive and has a 2.4 l engine. The car has always ridden smoothly and is great on turns with lots of control. It has power steering, power windows, cruise control, seats five comfortably with great air conditioning which is still going strong after seven years. Gas mileage averages around 24 mpg as long as you keep the oil changed and the maintenance schedule. This vehicle has Bluetooth features, a great stereo system, and great wipers.
Story
I took this car up to Canada for a family holiday function at Christmas time. Where the weather was good here, the snow had started to build up North. The roads were clear until we reached the Canadian boarder and crossed over into the snow belt. After clearing the border, the skies were sunny and all appeared normal for driving. Heading North after a two-hour drive, the conditions started to... (more)
Pros
Gas mileage is reasonable for a 2010. Lots of leg room in front and back seats. Stereo system and Bluetooth capabilities. Tilting steering wheel.
