I love my Honda Accord. It is one of the most reliable and smoothest driving cars I have ever owned. We have owned the vehicle for three years and have never had a single mechanical issue. Cosmetically, the carpet on the front passenger side has slightly separated from the floor of the car. Other than that, the vehicle looks basically new and has no issues. Also, it is very roomy for a sedan and has a lot of trunk space. We can fit three suitcases when we travel which is very helpful. As a nicer model, it also has GPS, back-up camera, Bluetooth and leather seats which are all nice. Overall, it is one of the best cars on the market in my opinion.
Story
Our Honda Accord has a moon roof which makes it really fun for our kids. We will take drives around at night and open the moon roof ,so that they can look up and see the stars, and they love it.
Pros
The top features of this car are first the reliability of the vehicle. It also has an incredibly smooth and powerful performance but also gets great gas mileage. We average about 30-35 MPGs. Another pro is the roominess of the car and trunk. Since it is the EX-L model, it has a lot of nice extras also like heated leather seats, GPS, back-up camera, trip navigator, and Sirius radio. The car is built well, and for the most part, has no issues cosmetically or mechanically after six years and 60,000 miles. I also like that it has retained a good part of its value for a used car.
Cons
The main one is that the car is a sedan, so even though it is roomy for a car, it does not have the space of a van or crossover. Having two children and possibly a third, we got a van for long trips to the beach and elsewhere when we need extra space. Also, the Bluetooth in the vehicle does not work well, and it is hard for others to hear you.

The 2006 Honda Accord EX-L in my opinion is one of the best Honda's ever made. The 2006 version is the only model to feature a larger-than-normal size Sedan, allowing for extra comfort and leg room. Considering its age, the Accord has fantastic gas mileage at 26 city and 34 highway. With leather seats, XM radio, steering wheel volume control, and a great windshield sight-line, you absolutely cannot find a better deal for the price.
Story
First time driving through the streets of San Francisco in this car was a blast. Going uphill was a little bit scary as there is not too much torque in the engine. However, I would not cruise down Lombard in a different car.
Pros
1. Gas mileage - considering its age the Honda Accord actually holds up quite well compared to its modern day competitors. 2. Comfort - the EX-L features long-lasting leather that to this day has no tears or stains. 3. Size - the 2006 Accord is the only Accord to feature a larger than normal sized sedan. 4. Engine - the engine sits comfortably at highway and local speeds with no noise complaints. 5. Reliability - the only reason anyone realistically looks after a Honda is its reputation in reliability. Expect to drive this car for many, many years.
Cons
1. Price - depending on where you purchase (in my case California) its price point is quite high. However you are getting a Honda which will last 250K miles. 2. Speed - you aren't purchasing a sports car. Swerving in and out of highway lanes will not be happening in this car. 3. Size - size goes both ways. If you are a larger male it is perfect for you. A smaller female however, and it feels like you are driving a truck without the bonus of sitting above traffic. 4. Looks - although the body of the Accord has held up remarkably over the years, it is definitely no looker.

The 2014 Honda Accord EX-L is an incredible value that combines both style and performance. Before leasing this vehicle, I owned a 2007 Nissan Altima and always viewed Accord's to be "boring" looking vehicles. Until I saw this current body style. The interior is amazing with dual screens and a touch screen monitor in addition to a 2nd screen. The materials used for the door trim and leather is high quality- makes me think it has an Acura badge. The exterior is beautiful and it is a great vehicle for anyone, a single guy/girl or family and appeals to a large audience. For the price vs. value this is the best deal you can get. The 4 cylinder performs great, has pep and excellent gas mileage. In addition the car has luxury technology such as a side-view mirror camera that displays a camer... (more)
Story
The second week I had the vehicle I just put tints and HID lights and at a gas station in Queens NY, someone asked me is that a new Lexus? They were shocked it was an accord. A second cool story would be driving to PA and me and friend fighting to drive as we both enjoyed driving because of the car itself.
Pros
Technology Dual-Screens Bluetooth Lane Departure Back-Up Camera + Side view Camera Great price for features Interior looks and feels luxurious Exterior resembles an Acura Great gas mileage
Cons
4 Cylinder has decent pickup but an upgraded engine with 200-220 HP would be ideal The vehicle is VERY common making it appear stale (Accords everywhere) No rear USB port Heads up display would be nice
