This Kabuki dance goes on indeterminably, until the customer is either worn down or finagled into buying a different car. With persistence, sometimes you can actually get a good deal.

I really liked my salesman. He was very informative and helpful but not pushy. I also really loved that they let me come get free car washes whenever I wanted after I bought the car! I also could bring my dog into the dealership and they loved him. The coffee and snack area was nice and clean and all of the employees were very friendly. It was my first time buying a new car and they made the experience very enjoyable, I would buy from them again. My car has been great as well.
