1995 Nissan Pathfinder - Used Pathfinder still holding strong 23 years later.
The V6 gives the Pathfinder the right amount of get up and go without being horrible on gas.
The cloth interior is well made and after 23 years, it's still holding together without holes or wear marks.
The sound system is better than fair, though it's critical to minimally upgrade it to a stereo with at least a USB input and ideally, Bluetooth.
With a roof rack and cargo room in the back, these are great outdoors/camping vehicles. I enjoy taking my Pathfinder into the mountains where
Story
I like driving this to the mountains. I really enjoyed a fishing trip I took my family and friends to at Lake Pyramid. There was plenty of room and with 4 adults and a teenager, the Pathfinder still had good performance on the I-5 Northbound incline.
Pros
The price and value are at the top of the list. Today, a Pathfinder with well under 200K can be found in the $2500 ballpark. Five are easily seated comfortably and while many reviews tout the off road performance, which I too will do shortly, the air conditioning has held up for two decades, requiring only a small valve and hose to be replaced and the system to be recharged. Many reviewers describe their Pathfinder as a beast and I will add my vote to that list. I have never gotten stuck and I always feel like this little SUV can pull itself out of nearly anything. New, the gas mileage lis... (more)
Cons
Signs of wear.
The dash developed some sun wear and cracking.
The tailgate developed a problem in the lock/latch that required a body shop to repair.
I don't consider these much in the way of negatives. Everything wears out sooner or later.
2002 Nissan Pathfinder - Love this car.
This vehicle was a great value. It featured a leather interior which 15 years later still looks great. It has a 240HP engine which makes it great for longer trips to the mountains, even when the car is loaded with people and equipment. Speaking of space, the car comfortably seats five adults with plenty of room for their luggage and has a rack on top for equipment and additional luggage. There isn't much I dislike about the car. The wind noise is a bit much, and the handling isn't great.
Story
I went on a trip to Yellowstone National Park with my girlfriend in the car. We had a great trip, and I proposed. In the picture just after we were engaged, you can see the car in the background.
Pros
I like the smooth acceleration and leather interior. The sun roof is also a nice touch. The car has been incredibly reliable and regular maintenance is inexpensive. The car is fun to drive and share with friends. The car had a six-CD changer in dash, which when I bought it, was a very nice feature. The electric front seats are very comfortable, and the seat heater is a great feature, especially on trips to the mountains.
Cons
The wind noise at higher speeds is a bit loud. The key fob was of low quality and broke. The front head lights could be a bit brighter.

2014 Nissan Sentra - Future Nissan Roseville
The dealership went out of their way to ensure that the car that I bought from them was everything that I wanted at a great price, which meant providing multiple quotes. They offered 0% financing and answered any questions that we had during the process. Lastly, they put a "Congratulations" banner in the car when we went to pick it up. That was a nice touch.
2011 Nissan Altima - Family Cars Calexico
I got help from Raul and he was of great help. We were looking for a sedan with great mileage and comfortable interior and he suggested the Altima which we ended up liking it a lot. The buying process was relatively easy and hassle free.
