When my husband and I decided to go to the dealership and buy a new car, we did not expect to fall in love with this vehicle. We loved the color and fancy wheels on it. Come to find out, the rest of the world loves those wheels too! Very spacious trunk, heated seats and big dual sun roofs. We love to take it out on long family trips because the engine power on it is amazing! Make sure you like to go fast, because once you hit the gas, it's hard to slow down! Overall, our family has enjoyed this vehicle very much. We have had some trouble with it but nothing major, so I would definitely recommend this car.
Story
Driving this beauty through the Mojave desert was a blast last summer! We let our windows down when the sun went down, and the breeze felt so good! Going 80+ on a lonesome highway was a very unique experience. With the type of torque power, this vehicle has a stress-free trip. We were at our destination in no time!
Pros
My favorite feature in this car are the wheels. They are 22" with a beautiful style. No one ever believes this comes stock with the vehicle! We get complimented anywhere we go. I also love the dual sun roof. My kids get a kick out of it, and as Californians, we LOVE the sun!
Cons
It is a love and hate relationship with the leather seats! We absolutely love how sleek and sophisticated it makes our vehicle look but, the summer heat is a killer. The seats get so hot in the sun. Make sure you have a sun cover for your front window. The wheels are so fancy we have gotten looks, even people we don't want! Make sure you have good insurance!

Was on the fence about getting a Ford till I test drove the Edge. And after, you might not believe this, I test drove a BMW SUV. Thinking it was going to be great, the BMW ended up feeling archaic in comparison. The Edge is a really well-made SUV that drives like a car, feels solid and has a very nice upscale interior rivaling some of the luxury brands.
Story
Driving to Vegas with a friend I had not seen in 12 years was awesome and super comfortable! We were both surprised at how rested we were when we arrived!
Pros
I really like the design of the car inside and out. It, for some reason, seems to have been designed much better that any of the other cars and SUVs they have in their line up (and I have driven them all). It has enough get up and go, has a nice spacious interior and is easy and comfortable to drive.
Cons
Apparently, this is a known problem, but the rear light covers tend to fog up. Small nuisance. Steering can be a little vague at times, almost like the power steering suddenly ticks it up a notch. Some of the trim also doesn't line up like in an Audi or Mercedes, but the fact that I am even comparing it to those brands, shows how well Ford made the Edge.

Very thorough, knowledgeable salespersons. Very helpful; seemed to be interested in getting me into the right vehicle; not just trying to make a buck by putting me into too much car. When car had trouble, the mechanics went out of their way to discover what the problem was. Financial services department was very good. Good location, great selection on new and used vehicles.

The customer service here is great. I never felt like I was being pressured at all by the salespeople, and they have competitive prices. I came in with my 1992 Civic and they offered me about $500 more than Carmax was. Trading it in for a Tbird was solid, and they even had free coffee on the way out.
