Car runs perfectly well, even though it is above 100k miles. All parts are easily accessible in the car and can be replaced with little or no equipment. Parts are also cheap, even though I haven't had the need to replace any but one as mentioned above. It has enough leg room for tall people as well. I can drive pretty comfortably, despite being a relatively tall person. You can run it with any ethanol fuel.

I really like the feel of my Ford Taurus. I drove a Camry before, my Taurus feels heavier which I like quite a bit. I feel like I'm driving a real car. It has performed well for me, I have had no issues with the vehicle itself. It still runs great. It is also very spacious.
