2007 Honda Fit - Versatile and affordable

The 2007 Honda Fit is surprisingly versatile for the price point. It seats four adults comfortably or two adults and three children. Even my 6'3 father can fit comfortably into the car. It also has an easy-to-fold back seat to transform into a full hatchback. We've been able to fit large furniture, luggage, pets and everything from a busy shopping trip into the back without sacrificing room in the front.
Story
We were able to take three medium-sized dogs on a road trip. They were kept occupied by staring at people through the back hatchback window.
Pros
Plus , points of the Honda Fit include the versatility (it functions well as both a family car and a work vehicle), the price point (a new Fit can be purchased for under $20,000), and the size-to-price ratio (usually cars that are this roomy cost well over $22,000).
Cons
The main issue with the Honda Fit Sport is that repair costs can be quite pricey. The tires are not a standard size, so it is difficult to find replacements at a basic shop. You often have to go to either a dealership or a specialty store. This is also true for engine repair. The few occasions I've had to take the Fit to the shop, I've had to rely upon an expensive dealership that is several miles outside of town.

The Honda Fit is a great car. It drives smoothly, gets great gas mileage, and does not require much maintenance. If you treat the car well by doing break flushes every 30,000 miles, it will treat you well in return. I had had no problems with the car, and it drives like new 3 years later.
Story
I drove my car from Ohio to New England for some interviews and had a great time!
Pros
The Fit is a small car but has a lot of cargo room. Because the back seats pop up, it is a great car for moving a lot of stuff from place to place. It gets excellent gas mileage. It has no big blind spots and maneuvers really well. Above all, it is an affordable car that won't break the bank. The speakers are good, and it has a USB port to play music from your phone. It drives very well and has made a couple of 15-hour road trips without a problem. It is pretty quiet on the highway, especially for a small car.
Cons
It is not the greatest in heavy snow and will slide a bit; however, the antilock breaks work well. It also is a base model, so it does not have Bluetooth or anything fancy.

The dealership was very honest about the car's history and why they charged me the price they did. The people who work there are also very friendly and helpful.

No pressure. They gave me space and time to look at the car. I was able to negotiate without much hassle and I got the car I wanted, even with my bad credit.
