This is a very good car overall but doesn't quite excel in any particular area. It's a good commuter car and the cargo space is excellent. It's reliability has been better than average for cars overall, but is a bit lower than the standard I would expect from Honda. There are a couple of known design flaws that have no resolution and represent on-going concern/expense. But, they're relatively minor. So, though nothing stands out as spectacular, the car does a good job of everything that might be asked of it.
Story
Having a car full of friends and very nearly running out of gas and being unable to find a gas station.
Pros
The mileage was excellent at the time the car was purchased. Today, with more high-mileage options available it would rate as very good. The cargo space is amazing. It holds nearly as much as the small truck I owned previously. And the back seats are easily configurable in multiple configurations to accommodate different sizes and shapes of cargo. The car has been fairly reliable, more than average.
Cons
There are a couple of design flaws. The amperage to the A/C blower is too high and burns it out about every three years. And the failure of the starter and transmission are common complaints on Fit web forums, though I have not experienced that myself. It is definitely a commuter car, rather than a travelling car. Comfort is a bit low for a long trip and road noise is high.

I really like my vehicle. It has great gas mileage and handles very well on the road no matter the conditions. I has great speed and acceleration, and I love that it has cruise control. One thing I dislike are the quality of the seats. Personally, I just wish they were more comfortable but not that big of a deal. The car also has great trunk space.
Story
I once went to a drive-in theater, and because I was able to put the back seats down and utilize the massive amount of space, it was quite comfortable to lay down and watch the movie.
Pros
Great mileage and control. The car also has cruise control which I love for road trips.
Cons
My car is lower to the ground ,so the bumper and front do tend to hit things that many other cars would not. The frame is also thinner in some places along the bumper, so it is very easy to break off and scratch. The one major problem I have is that the wheel and the dash and dials are in awkward places that I can never get in a good position to see the speedometer or gas without having to peer over the wheel (I am 6ft but it must be the way I drive). Most other cars I have no problem with the wheel being in the way, but I think it's the compactness and placement of the things in this car ... (more)

Representatives were very patient and responsive. They were very knowledgeable but most importantly did not try to sell me anything-just gave information and let me choose for myself. Rates were outstanding. Seeing and talking to the owner made this a very personable visit. Their organized and easy-to-understand website (sadly, not many others are) led me to check out this dealership.

There wasn't a lot of hassle in the buying process. I didn't feel pressured into anything. I toured the lot, test drove what I felt like test driving, and made the decision. There was very little pressure.
