I am very pleased with my purchase of the HRV. I purchased it because I needed a four door vehicle to drive for Uber and Lyft. It is easy to get around town in as well as easy to maneuver in traffic. There is plenty of room for riders as well as all of my groceries. There aren't that many in town and it really stands out. It runs great and gets great gas mileage. Honda cars are very reliable and this is my third one.
Story
Since I drive for Uber and Lyft I pick up strangers and often they are intoxicated. I have had many people not be able to figure out how to get in the back due to the weird placement of the door handles. So to help people find the handle I stuck on gold star stickers to the handle.
Pros
It is the perfect size, in between a car and a SUV. It is very convenient for parking in small spaces. It has a back-up camera and a side camera that comes on when you turn the blinker on. The seats in the back lay flat or move in an upright position so you can fit anything in the car. Great gas mileage, at least 29 mpg in town. Has auto lights, so I never have to turn them off or on. It holds 12 stations in the radio presets. Sunroof.
Cons
I wish that I would not have chosen the white exterior because it shows dirt. The car screen isn't compatible with Android, only Apple. The back seat door handles on the outside are hard to locate. The charging USB is super slow at charging my electronic devices.

Honda's HRV is a really good size for a small family, especially for the price. It's has good performance, and you're high up enough where you can feel in command on highways, but it's still small enough for those tricky spots if you live in a crowded city. The top trim level has all the comforts I want, including high-quality seats and navigation. I also got some of the extra trim options, specifically the chrome accents on the front, back, and sides. Really makes it stand out, especially since a lot of the Honda vehicles share the same design elements. Interior is great. Trunk area is good for its size. Haven't found any use for the tall setup for the "Magic Seats" but often fold down the chairs and there's lots of room. It's still a little noisy in the interior, and the ride... (more)
Story
One of the nice things about the HR-V is that you can fold the back seats down, and it provides a flat surface. So when you go out on a trip to the outdoors, it provides a really nice flat surface for two to lay out on for a nap in the middle of the day.
Pros
Top positive things about the car are the fuel economy, the good size, and usability of the interior. I really like the functionality of the console and the dashboards as well.
Cons
Wish the car would support Apple CarPlay. Also, the sound quality from the speakers I think could've been better.
